Seasonal recommendations for Autumn - shedding what is unnecessary to strengthen and preserve what is essential.
Try starting with trimming activities that are no longer enjoyable. Enjoy the peace that comes from the freeing up of this space.
With more space in your life, try dedicating some of it to being quiet, and turning your attention inwards. Notice if there are feelings there that have been shelved. Can they be felt for a moment, or perhaps even long enough to allow them to finally be released, in favor of the peace that it might bring?
In this way we become refined, and filled with light inside, where inspiration, clarity, and positive feelings grow. The immune system flourishes in this environment.
When there is difficulty in sensing what your body needs, or feeling unmotivated to act on your intuition, a few acupoints or acupressure can stimulate this kind of inherent wisdom to manifest.
